Terms & Capacity Conditions for International Engagements:

International Professional Capacity: Where appearance before a foreign court, tribunal or authority requires a locally issued licence, services shall be rendered in coordination with a lawyer holding the requisite licence. Malik Muhammad Asim Awan may act as legal consultant, strategist, authorised representative of the client company and liaison with the locally licensed foreign lawyer, as permitted by applicable law.

Travel and Disbursements: Airfare, visa charges, accommodation, local transportation, arbitration or institutional charges, translation, interpretation, courier and all other out-of-pocket expenses shall be payable separately by the client at actual cost.

General Terms: Fees are charged after review of legal documentation and are non-refundable once the engagement commences. Any success fee, contingency arrangement, retainer or project-specific fee shall be agreed separately in writing.
